Anna is quiet, living with her parents, cashiering at a café bar in Bergamo. She meets and falls for Guido, a Milanese gangster in town to lie low. He pursues her, but also warns her that he's no good. She goes to Milan with him anyway. When she witnesses a Mob hit, Guido's boss wants her compromised so she will never testify against them: Guido pushes her into prostitution. When she becomes pregnant and Guido wants her to have an abortion, she rebels. Can she escape "the life," or is death the only alternative? What about the child?

A group of women led by Karine Levere is caught by the warden of a women's prison,located somewhere in the South American jungle.None of them will reveal the secrets of their organization or the names of their collaborators in the cities,so they are handed over to Dr.Costa who,after four years inactivity in Europe,is delighted to be able to practice his torture techniques once more.Laverne fails to resist the inhuman treatments and reveals all.The only hope of saving the organization is for the girls to warn the city cell before it's too late.They trick the prison guard into having sex with them,knock him out and break out of prison.The warden and Dr.Costa must prevent them from revealing the practices inside the prison,so the hunt begins."Women In Cellblock 9" is an enjoyable exploitation film made by Jesus Franco.The script is terrible,but it serves as a pretext for showing lots of full-frontal nudity,sexuality and some rather nasty torture sequences.The film was produced by Erwin C.Dietrich,but it's not as memorable as "Barbed Wire Dolls".Franco regular Howard Vernon is perfect as a sadistic Dr.Costa and Susan Hemingway is a stunning beauty.So if you are ready for some fun sleazy thrills give this film a look.

Why hasn't this movie been rereleased in the box office? Best damn movie ever. Well... that is if you like illegal prostitution, heroine, elderly topless dancing, and dwarfs... dwarfs are always fun... plus he has a weird accent, and says- "...because.. you have the key," and "there are more toys... upstairs." Classic perverse dwarf lines. The way he drools when he uses that cane of his in an un-cane-ly fashion is just splendid aswell. See it. Laugh. Sobriety may have a negative affect on your potential enjoyment of the film. The music chosen to lay as a backdrop to this movie was a nice touch, it really adds that creepy foreign dwarf feel. Especially when he's watching the British people do the nasty. The "prostitution" scenes are a little hard to take, but then there's a freakish dwarf who comes in and makes it all better. Also, note the symbolism of the wind up toys at the end. You'll notice the puppy, and the giration of the dwarf are almost perfectly synchronized to the music of 50 Cent's first album. It's just like The Wizard of Oz and Pink Floyd. Only much better

This is one of the most hysterically over-the-top and insane movies I have ever seen. It's the dysfunctional version of Jim Henson's Muppets created by the same man who brought us "Lord of the Rings" and "King Kong", the inimitable Peter Jackson. "Meet the Feebles" goes just about as far as any film can possibly go with it's gross-out humor and effects but the fun thing about this movie is that it is all done with live-action Muppet like characters. It's an obvious rip-off of the Muppets with several twists. Instead of a Pig named Miss Piggie there is an obese over-eating Hippo named Heidi, instead of a Frog named Kermit there is a shy Hedge Hog named "Wobert" with a speech impediment and a cast of various other zany characters. The twist here is that all of the characters have some sort of mental deficiency...there's a bed-hopping bunny, a heroin-addicted alligator, a sleazy porn-producing rat and a philandering elephant. The entire show is run by a sodomizing fox and owned by a lecherous, drug dealing walrus. Yes it's all here in this one, graphically depicted and it is an absolute riot!

Fashion designer (Kathleen Turner) lives a double life at night posing as a $50 hooker. She is stalked and terrorized by a psycho preacher (Anthony Perkins) while a married man (John Laughlin) slowly falls in love with her. Amid all the sleaze, kink, (which is all very necessary to the plot of the film) and talk lies an intelligent, thoughtful film. You are never able to take your eyes off of Turner who is absolutely spellbinding. Perkins plays crazy like no one else can. And Laughlin and Annie Potts turn in frank, honest performances. Director Ken Russell is able to create colorful characterizations and generate memorable dialogue. The very 80's score falls perfectly into place in the film and the ending is among one of the most shocking in cinema history. A masterpiece in every respect and one of the most under rated films of all time.

This movie is not for the squeamish. A young French nurse is taken out in the woods and brutally raped and sodomized. The rape scene itself is pretty graphic and might be too much for some viewers. The film picks up from there and shows how the system treats the rape victim and how it affects the victim. She finally is able to come to terms with what happened in an attempt to bring her rapists to justice.

Outrageous, over the top and often hilarious X-rated animation that spoofs three classic fairy tales. Mother Goose (Hal Smith; Otis in The Andy Griffith Show) has charges filed against her that deep down she's really nothing but an old pervert. Once on trial, Mother Goose must admit she is and tell the true stories behind Little Red Ridding Hood, Cinderella and Jack and the Beanstalk. Directed by Don Jurwich, the man who also worked with classic cartoons like Tom and Jerry, The Flintstones and Scooby Doo, this is one nutty little film that at times had me in tears with laughter. This is certainly an X-rated cartoon so kids should stay far away but I'm sure most adult, with a twisted sense of humor, will find this entertaining. The best segment is Jack and the Beanstalk, which is full of imaginative ideas. The other two are good but the writing is a tad bit lazy. It was also funny seeing Otis in drag during the live action sequences.
